2019 COVID Vaccination Service

The LST is implementing the 2019 COVID Vaccination Service starting by 4 Mar 2021. Members of the public can make an appointment for free vaccination direct with the clinic without going through the Government online booking system designated for the CVCs and public clinics. CoronaVac of Sinovac (SARS-CoV-2) is provided.

Documents to bring:
1. Hong Kong Identity document 
2. Consent Form for COVID-19 Vaccination (applicable for those aged less than 18 and Mentally Incapacitated Persons)
