Introduction

An estate donation from the executrixes of the Estate of the late Ms Mok Sau-king in support of the development of rehabilitation services , one of the sponsored centre - “Lok Sin Tong Mok Yip Sui Hung Child Development Centre” established in Q4 2021 and strives to help children with special education needs (SEN) to unleash their potential through professional assessment, training and early intervention program.

Our Centre has established multi-disciplinary professional team consist of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists to provide tailor-made services according to the children’s needs. Various allied services will be provided from time to time to enhance their development.

In additions, our Centre will provide different kinds of education or stress relieving programs which targeted to parents and care-giver.

Speech therapy

We provide assessments and one-on-one sessions focusing on the following areas:

  • Feeding & Swallowing

 

Occupational therapy

We provide assessments and one-on-one sessions focusing on the following areas:

  • Sensory Integration
  • Fine Motor skills
  • Sensorimotor skills
  • Visual-Perceptual skills
  • Handwriting skills
  • Self-Care skills
  • Social skills
  • Attention and Executive function

Remarks: All groups are conducted in Cantonese.

Services Arrangement

  • All assessments and services by appointment only;
  • Appropriate services and interventions in accordance with the individual needs of children will be suggested by therapists;
