The Lok Sin Tong Anti-Drug College Project
The school-based program, delegated by the Narcotics Division of Security Bureau, is a serial of health education activities that includes anti-drug talk and workshop, multi-media anti-drug workshop and child-parent relationship programme. The program aims to cultivate student’s positive value and attitudes, strengthen their resilience and create a drug-free learning environment.
“The Anti-Drug College” aims to educate primary students about update-to-date drug knowledge and strengthen their resistance to drugs, through walking library sharing, interactive workshop, experiential games, visits to anti-drug organization, competition, etc.

A. Basic Programme
1. Interactive talk and human library - Drug education talk and walking library sharing
2. Lunch-time carnival and exhibition – Anti-drug abuse education Booth and experiential games
3. Interactive workshop “You have a choice” – Anti-drug role playing workshop
4. Self-understanding activity and peer influence – Understanding the relationship between self and drug and peer pressure
5. “Drugs not 4 me” Anti-drug Competition – Anti drug competitions
B. Follow up activities
1. Parent-child Fun Day – Drug related parental relationship games and programme
2. Be an Anti-Drug KOL – Anti-drug KOL training programme and video made will be shared in social media
3. Anti-drug service organization / Teen Guard Valley Educational visit – Enhance the resistance to drugs and build up positive values
Implementation Period:
September, 2020 - August, 2022
Target:
All primary schools (P3-P6 students) in Kowloon East, Hong Kong Island and the outlying islands including Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau.
