Key Responsibilities |
- Foster mutual support among residents and cultivate their sense of belonging at Transitional Housing;
- Conduct assessment on the capacity, assets and strength of targeted households, develop tailored family plans and set goals with each targeted household to enhance their capacity, and regularly review the progress and implementation of these plans;
- Tackle poverty with interventions focused on employment, financial literacy, health and wellbeing, and social capital building; learn and implement the Urban Graduation Approach;
- Work closely with career specialists to assess and enhance the readiness and motivation for employment of targeted households, and match them with diverse and sustainable employment opportunities’;
- Utilize the capacity-building fund and community resources to strengthen the motivation, employability, and resilience of families;
- Develop exit plans with families who are scheduled to leave Transitional Housing;
- Participate in training programs organized by university and institutions;
- Foster active communication and collaborate with project partners including team leaders and social workers from university and different NGOs, as well as commercial collaborating partners.
