Introduction
Lok Sin Tong Social Housing Scheme "LST Housing" in Western District aims at providing affordable rent and family supporting services for low-income families who are waiting for Public Rental Housing and living in dismal conditions. 20 social housing units are anticipated to be provided with lease term at least 2-year.
Eligibility
- Waiting for Public Rental Housing for no less than 3 years, or
- Family in urgent need of community supports
- Receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or having a monthly income not exceed 55% of Median Monthly Domestic Household Income (MMDHI) will be given priority
(Income assessment, living condition evaluation and home visit of applicants to be carried out after submission. All information submitted by applicants must be true and correct. )
